Aerial Hammock this week
The schedule below is live – pick a lesson that suits you and book your spot right here.
What is the aerial hammock?
The aerial hammock is a soft loop of fabric suspended from the ceiling – part swing, part cocoon, and the friendliest way into aerial acrobatics. It supports your whole body, so you can wrap, spin and fly with confidence from your very first lesson. That makes hammock ideal for complete beginners while still offering plenty of challenge for advanced students.
Each 60-minute lesson runs in a small group of up to 8, so our trainers can give everyone personal attention. We train children aged 8–17 and adults 18+ in separate groups, and levels are split so you always progress at your own pace. Every class builds strength, flexibility and coordination – and ends with that unbeatable feeling of flying.
