1. Types of Entry
The club offers the following types of entry:
- single entry for a training session,
- courses lasting 6–8 weeks,
- individual training,
- workshops.
2. Registration and Booking
Registration for training can be done through the website, e-mail, social media or another form of communication designated by the club.
A place at a training session/course must be reserved in advance due to capacity limitations.
A place at a training session/course is reserved only after payment has been received and subsequently confirmed by the club.
Courses have a limited validity period. After the course validity expires, unused entries cannot be refunded and the participant's entitlement to make-up classes lapses.
3. Payment Terms
Prices for individual training sessions, courses and other activities are listed on the website or in the club's price list.
Payment for a training session/course can be made by:
- bank transfer,
- cash,
- another agreed method.
If the fee is not paid, the club reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
4. Reservation Cancellation and Cancellation Policy
Attendance at a training session can be cancelled no later than 48 hours before it starts via SMS/e-mail/booking system.
Attendance at an individual training session can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the training starts.
In case of later cancellation, the club charges a cancellation fee equal to the training price.
In case of urgent cancellation of an individual training session for health reasons less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of €15 is charged.
5. Late Arrival at Training/Course
In case of late arrival, the trainer reserves the right to refuse participation in the training for safety reasons.
6. Liability for Damage
Participants attend training sessions voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
Participants are responsible for damage caused to the club's facilities or equipment.
The club is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow the trainer's instructions or improper use of sports equipment.
The club is not liable for loss or damage to participants' personal belongings.
7. Schedule Changes
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session if there are not enough participants. In such a case, participants will be offered an alternative date.
The club reserves the right to change the training/course schedule or cancel sessions for organisational reasons.
8. Make-up Classes
A participant is entitled to a maximum of 2 make-up classes during the course.
A make-up class can only be used for a training session from which the participant unregistered via the booking system at least 24 hours in advance.
A make-up class can only be used during the current course, subject to available capacity at other training sessions.
Make-up classes do not carry over to the next course.
After the start of a new course, any unused make-up classes from the previous course automatically expire.
The club does not hold training sessions during public holidays and school breaks. Participants are therefore entitled to an additional make-up class, which can be used during the given course.
The club reserves the right to limit the use of make-up classes when training sessions are at full capacity.
9. Absence from Training Sessions During a Course
If a participant misses multiple training sessions or decides not to complete the course, they are not entitled to financial compensation or a pro-rata refund of the course fee.
The place in the course is reserved for the entire duration of the course and cannot be retroactively released or refunded.
The participant may use make-up classes to the extent set out in the make-up classes rules.
10. Withdrawal from a Course by the Participant
If a participant withdraws from a course after it has started, the paid course fee is non-refundable.
This rule also applies if the participant is unable to continue the course for personal, work or scheduling reasons.
An exception may be granted by the club only in justified cases (e.g. serious health reasons), based on individual assessment.
