Training Rules
Last updated: March 2026
To ensure that training is safe and enjoyable for all participants, the following rules must be observed:
1. Arrival at Training
Participants are required to arrive at training on time.
It is recommended to arrive at the changing room at least 5–10 minutes before the start of training to allow enough time to prepare.
Enter the training hall at the exact start time of your session or once the trainer has finished the session with previous clients.
In case of significant delay, the trainer reserves the right to refuse participation in the training for safety reasons.
2. Training Attire
Appropriate sportswear that allows free movement is required for training.
Recommended clothing:
- leggings or sports trousers,
- close-fitting to the body (tight),
- t-shirt or sports top/bodysuit with long sleeves,
- clothing covering the armpits and the back of the knees (to protect the skin during acrobatics).
Prohibited clothing:
- clothing with zippers, metal parts or sharp elements,
- clothing with rivets, buckles or hard decorations,
- shorts, crop tops or very short clothing that does not protect the skin upon contact with the material,
- loose clothing that may get caught on the apparatus,

The trainer reserves the right to refuse participation in training if the clothing is inappropriate and could endanger the safety of the participant or others.

This rule serves to:
- ensure hygiene of the equipment,
- provide better grip on the material,
- ensure safety during training.
5. No Creams or Oils
Body creams, oils or greasy products are not allowed on the skin before training, as they may cause slipping on the acrobatic apparatus.
6. Hair and Safety
Long hair must be tied up during training so that it does not interfere with movement.
7. Safety When Using Apparatus
Participants may use the acrobatic apparatus (aerial hoop/silks/hammock/loops and others) only with the trainer's permission and always with a crash mat in place.
It is prohibited to:
- climb on the apparatus without the trainer's instruction,

8. Trainer Instructions
Participants are required to follow the trainer's instructions throughout the entire training session.
The trainer may adjust or stop an exercise at any time if they deem it necessary for safety reasons.
9. Technique Explanation and Training Guidance
During training, professional technique explanation, movement corrections and methodological guidance are provided exclusively by the trainer.
Participants do not provide professional instructions to each other and do not teach other participants new elements or techniques.
Technique explanation, teaching of new elements and safety guidance are exclusively within the competence of the qualified trainer.
10. Health Condition
The participant is required to inform the trainer about:
- health problems,

- warts,
- corns,
- fungal diseases of the skin or nails,
- infectious skin diseases,
- open wounds or damaged skin.
These conditions may pose a hygienic risk to other participants and may also cause deterioration of the health condition upon contact with acrobatic apparatus.
In case of such problems, it is recommended to postpone training attendance until complete healing or resolution of the health issue. In case of a long-term problem, we ask you to provide a medical report.
If such a rule violation is discovered during a course or training session, the trainer has the right to immediately exclude the participant from training. In such a case, the participant is not entitled to financial compensation or a refund of the paid fee.
