Aerial Loops this week
The live schedule below shows this week's lessons – pick a time that suits you and book your spot.
What are Aerial Loops?
Aerial Loops is a unique aerial discipline built around soft fabric loops suspended from the ceiling – one for your hands, one for your feet. Supported by the loops, you climb, hang, spin and flow through dynamic acrobatic moves that build real strength and flexibility. Every lesson lasts 60 minutes and takes place in small groups of up to eight, so our trainers can give everyone plenty of attention.
The best part? You don't need any circus background to start. We run separate groups for children aged 10-17 and for adults 18+, from complete beginners to advanced flyers. Step by step you'll learn safe grips, hangs and spins, gaining courage and body control along the way – and discovering just how strong you really are.
