What is Core & Stability?
Core & Stability is a 60-minute training built around the deep muscles of your torso – the centre that every movement starts from. Through focused strengthening and stabilization exercises you learn to control your body, hold your balance and move with precision and confidence. It's the foundation our aerial disciplines are built on, and a complete workout in its own right.
You train with your own body weight, so no equipment or previous experience is needed – every exercise can be scaled to your current level. Classes run in small groups of up to 12 people, which means our trainers can watch your technique and adjust each movement to you. The training is open to everyone from 13 years, teens and adults alike.
