What is Stretching at Flying Stars?
Stretching at Flying Stars is a comprehensive session focused on improving flexibility and range of motion across the whole body. Over 60 minutes we work step by step through every major area – legs, hips, back and shoulders – combining active and passive techniques. Whether you dream of a full split or simply want to move more freely and without stiffness, every lesson takes you a little further.
The lessons are open to everyone from 10 years up, and you don't need any previous experience or equipment – comfortable clothes are all it takes. Flexibility is also the foundation of aerial acrobatics, which makes stretching the perfect companion to training on silks, hoops or the hammock. And because we train in small groups of up to 12, our trainers have time to tailor every exercise to your body.
Why you'll love it
Regular stretching changes how your whole body feels
Greater flexibility
Step by step you'll expand your range of motion and get closer to goals like the splits or a bridge.
Healthier posture
Releasing tight muscles in the back, chest and hips helps you stand taller and sit more comfortably.
Injury prevention
A supple body copes better with training and everyday movement and recovers faster.
A base for aerial acrobatics
Flexibility makes every move on silks, hoops or the hammock easier, safer and more beautiful.
How a lesson goes
